Prompt Challenge - Prompt Gamification

Today I am proud to say we finished our first project iteration for Prompt Challenge.

It's an internal tool we built to support AI upskilling at PwC by turning prompt engineering into a game—colleagues complete challenges, get instant feedback from our models, and level up their skills in a low-pressure way. Getting to a shippable first version took tight scope, clear success criteria, and a lot of iteration with our stakeholders. This milestone sets us up to roll it out to more teams and keep refining the experience based on real usage.
