Facilitating at PwC's AI Immersion Experience

I recently had the opportunity to facilitate two core sessions at PwC's AI Immersion Experience for our Associates: Human-Centered Innovation and our high-energy Vibe Session.
As an AI Engineer, I spend a lot of time on the "how" of AI. But this time, we focused on the "why."
In the Human-Centered Innovation session, we used design thinking to deconstruct complex challenges. We pushed our Associates to look past the "shiny" tech and start with empathy—understanding the actual human friction points before writing a single line of a prompt.
During the Vibe Session, we took that energy and turned it into action. We challenged the teams to apply those design principles to real-world client problems, building out AI-driven solutions that aren't just technically sound, but genuinely impactful.
The biggest takeaway? The most powerful AI tools are the ones built with a deep understanding of the people using them.
My group of associates was also selected as one of the three to present their solution to the rest of their peers! I was happy that I was able to be effective as a facilitator and have that translate to their results.
